Grooming " Baby...I'm all yours !"

Every Movie Star likes to feel beautiful, so feel free to groom your cat daily or weekly, gently removing any matting or knots that may occur from time to time with a spinning comb. Don't forget a claw-icure...clip their nails and clean ears and eyes. If you notice eye discharge or an eye closing over, consult your vet.

Bathing "Daaahling ! Do I look like I need a bath ?"

If you want to show off your Movie Star Cat, you'll want to bath it in a shallow bath of luke-warm water from time to time.  Avoid soap, we find "Hoss Gloss" to be a wonderful coat cleanser. Make sure you get into the habit of bathing your kitten from an early age. Otherwise you might have a fight on your hands. And no one likes to see a movie star flounce off a film set...never to return !

Feeding "Diet !  What do you mean, diet ? I have a purrfect figure !"

No, your Movie Star won't need to follow the Dr. C'Atkins diet ! Just have the home chef prepare them  good quality cooked or raw food. Tinned and dry commercial food  will do just fine and will aid in a balanced diet. No champagne  or milk please...Just water would be cool.

Showing "I need my high heels....bring me my Manolo Blahnicks...quickly !"

If you're thinking of showing your cat (and quite frankly, with a Movie Star Cat, we think you should) you will want to join one of these organisations .

They'll guide you in show etiquette and award you heaps of prizes we hope !

Health " Where's my bodyguard ? "

There are a few diseases your Movie Star Cat can get from the riff raff in the street if they're not vaccinated  and boosted regularly. Check their coat for fleas and ticks, especially if they swan around outside. However a regular dose of Revolution(TM) or Frontline(TM) will help to protect them.

Keep toxic chemicals and small bits of rubbery ingestible things away from your cat. And make sure you keep yourself in top health too. Always treat yourself with something like methylated spirits or an antiseptic cream if  scratched by your puss.
